The tide is getting higher, Santa's just right down the shore...

The water's fine, the sun is bright, the air is crisp and clean.
My cooler's filled with Christmas cheer - got presents and a tree.

The dogs, their tails are waggin' 'cause they know who'll soon be here.
And all those crazy seagulls love the crackers and my beer!
